Facilities Rentals

Located in the heart of Cupertino, Union Church of Cupertino’s campus offers a beautiful sanctuary and a variety of meeting halls for rent. 

 

You can make an appointment to make a reservation, get forms, see the facilities and get more information. Contact admin@unionchurch.org to make an appointment. 

Permits/insurance/setup/take down/cleanup is the responsibility of applicant. Parking in designated areas only, please observe posted speed limits, no alcohol, children to be actively supervised at all times.

Sanctuary

Our Sanctuary is available to host your music recital. The Sanctuary will hold approximately 250 people, there is a beautiful grand piano that is available for use for your recital. The Sanctuary has lovely stained glass windows as well. It is a wonderful place to hold your musical event. 

The Cost to rent our Sanctuary is $350.00 for 2 hours with a $125.00 coordinator fee (the coordinator opens the doors for you and helps out during your recital) Total cost is $475.00. Plus a $100.00 deposit which will be returned provided there is no damage done to the Sanctuary. The cost for each additional hour is $125.00 per hour. 

 

We ask that you remember that our Sanctuary is a house of worship and to treat it with respect when you use our facility.

Meeting Halls and Classrooms

Calvert Hall

Calvert Hall accommodates 256 people (120 dining), there are tables and chairs that are available for use. There is air conditioning and heating in the hall.  There is an attached kitchen which can also be rented out. Hall Rental Rate: $50.00 per hour must rent for a minimum of 3 hours. Plus a $100.00 deposit which will be returned provided there is no damage done to the hall. Kitchen Rental Rate is $100.00.

Ivan Hall

Ivan Hall accommodates 182 people, there are tables and chairs that are available for use. There is air conditioning and heating in the hall.  Hall Rental Rate: $50.00 per hour must rent for a minimum of 3 hours plus a $100.00 deposit which will be returned provided there is no damage done to the hall.  

 

Meeting Halls and Classrooms

Crystal Hall 

Crystal Hall houses several classrooms. The Hall consists of 4 classrooms. The main Room, (Room 1) is large and used mostly for choirs and music practices and summer camps and classes.  It accommodates 200 people. The hall has heat and air conditioning.  It is open, bright and airy. The rental rate for this room is $70.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours rental plus a deposit of $100.00 which will be refunded if there is no damage done to the classroom.

Crystal Hall  Rooms 2, 3, 4

Crystal Hall rooms 2, 3, 4 rental rate is $55.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours rental plus a deposit of $100.00 which will be refunded if there is no damage done to the classroom.  These classrooms are bright and airy. All have heating and air conditioning. Room 2 can accommodate 35 people. Rooms 3 and 4 can accommodate 15 people.
